Introducing Our Keynote Speaker: Dr. Gabriele Tröscher

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Gabriele Tröscher will be our keynote speaker at the ISRP 21st International Conference on Respiratory Protection, Use, and Users.
Dr. Tröscher, an Advanced Specialist in Regulatory Affairs at 3M Deutschland GmbH, has been a standardization specialist for over 20 years. Her expertise spans standards for regulated products in the European market, significantly impacting the field of respiratory protection and safety standards.
She has chaired and participated in numerous standards committees for organizations like ISO and CEN, and has been a working group expert and head of the German delegation. Since October 2022, Dr. Tröscher has served as President of the International Society for Respiratory Protection (ISRP).
Her extensive commitments include being a member of the European section of the ISRP, the German Fire Protection Association, and chairing the German respiratory standardization mirror committee within DIN. Additionally, she chairs ISO/TC 94/SC 15 Respiratory Protective Devices.
Dr. Tröscher's career began with a doctoral thesis in Photochemistry at the University of Karlsruhe. She has held significant roles at DIN Deutsches Institut fuer Normung e.V., and the German industrial association ITRS e.V. Since 2012, she has been with 3M Deutschland GmbH, focusing on standardization in respiratory protection on national, European, and international levels.
